"Santa Rosa voters are aware that Manuel Manoy Alipon is a corrupt, crooked, destructive, adulterous, greedy, hypocritical,
immoral, irresponsible, lying, manipulative, undisciplined self-lover who sold his soul to Satan long ago and would auction
his wife and children tomorrow if it would advance his political ambitions. So who really gives a s**t about f***ing Manuel
Manoy Alipon? Nobody - except cronies, relatives, and people he pays to do his dirty work. He is a disaster to everything that
he ever touches. Never allow him to hold public office again. ALWAYS VOTE FOR HIS OPPONENTS!!! Keep his staff out also.
People who worked for Manuel Manoy Alipon can't be trusted. If they were good people, they would be working for honest
candidates. But these are people who follow his criminal orders. Throw them all in jail, and confiscate their illegal guns."

THE BACKLASH WON - CONGRATULATIONS!
CONGRATULATIONS TO THE MANY THOUSANDS OF GOOD PEOPLE OF SANTA ROSA LAGUNA ON USING THEIR VOTER POWER AND UNITING AGAINST GANGSTERISM
IN MAY 2010 TO RID CITY HALL OF MANUEL MANOY ALIPON, WHO WAS THE MOST
CORRUPT VICE MAYOR IN SANTA ROSA'S HISTORY. WITH A GREAT UPSURGE OF
PEOPLE POWER, THE VOTERS' BACKLASH AGAINST GANGSTER ALIPON REPLACED
HIM WITH AN HONEST AND YOUNGER MAN, ARNEL DC GOMEZ, WHO HAS ALREADY MADE HIS MARK AS A CITY VICE MAYOR OF GENUINE FAITH, INTEGRITY AND HONOR.
"The Philippines and similar backward countries are continuously visible proof that there is really no Third World.
What holds them all back is corrupt politicians, that's all. Corrupt politicians ALWAYS cause poverty. Without
corrupt politicians and the poverty they cause, the so-called Third World would instantly be as advanced and
prosperous as any so-called First World country. The only exception to this is Switzerland, which is a Third
World country where successive corrupt governments protect the secret bank accounts of the world's worst
criminals, dictators and warmongers, giving the Swiss a falsely moral image of neutrality to disguise its real
purpose of making the Swiss rich at the expense of all the oppressed starving millions in other countries.
Other Third World countries may emulate Switzerland's model, but when the rest of the world eventually
eliminates corrupt politicians, all the false economies will take a well-deserved and long overdue nosedive -
including the Swiss - whilst economies of nations freed from corruption will soar to heights never seen before."

THE PREDICTION OF FOREIGN INVESTORS ROBBED BY MANUEL MANOY ALIPON IS
COMING TRUE. THEY SAID IN 2008 THAT WHEN FILIPINOS TREAT THEIR CORRUPT
POLITICIANS AS PUBLIC ENEMIES THERE WILL BE A MASSIVE INCREASE OF NEW
FOREIGN INVESTMENT TO HELP THE PHILIPPINES BECOME A GREAT NATION AGAIN.
WITHOUT ALIPON'S ADULTERIES, GRAFTS, CORRUPTIONS, PLUNDERS, EXTORTIONS
AND ARMED ROBBERIES, FAMILIES AND BUSINESSES WILL NOW FIND THAT SANTA
ROSA CITY, LAGUNA, WILL AT LAST BECOME A HEALTHY PLACE TO LIVE, WORK,
STUDY, PLAY AND PROSPER. IT WILL BE AN INSPIRING BEACON TO OTHER CITIES.
"During our visit to the US, we were able to send our message across: the Philippines is open for business. ....
We were able to secure a commitment of at least 43,650 new jobs in the next 3 years, including some 4,500 in
construction-related jobs, and because of the multiplier effect, we estimate 200,000 more jobs to benefit our
countrymen. .... In short, our visit to the US enabled us to generate $2.4 billion in new investments. ....
Furthermore, we received an additional $434 million in the form of a grant from the Millennium Challenge Corp.
to expand the coverage of existing social programs that have been performing outstandingly. .... Foreign investors
feel the new confidence that has arisen from the new political and economic environment. ....

"Reform is a fundamental theme of this administration: first to rid ourselves of corruption and second to shore up
our competence. We will play a key role in ensuring that reform takes place at all strata of government. Indeed,
the pillars of justice stands firmly only when the DoJ and all its attach agencies are performing up to par. Therefore,
it is imperative that any grand effort to reform government in this new administration must begin with the most
stringent and ardent efforts to reform the DoJ itself. From the CHR, I am well versed in the weakness of the WPP
and I have been tremendously troubled by the injustices that emanate from its failure to be 100 percent effective.
I humbly offer you my devoted leadership just as I will ask you to offer your experience, knowledge and expertise."

TO ANY YOUNG PEOPLE TALKED INTO INADVERTENTLY SUPPORTING
ALIPON'S IMMORALITIES AND CRIMINALITIES BE AWARE THAT THE
STIGMA OF ASSOCIATION WITH HIS HYPOCRISY AND CORRUPTIONS
WILL HAUNT AND HANDICAP YOU
THROUGHOUT ALL YOUR FUTURE CAREERS AND YOUR ENTIRE LIVES.

The computer-morphed pictures that Manuel Manoy Alipon promotes in his political propaganda
to falsify his public image into someone nonexistent and 35 years younger do not remotely
resemble the reality of his his worn out 50-year-old face, shown in the photo above when he
was caught in the act by cell-phone camera. It would need all the plastic surgeons used by
Michael Jackson to make Manuel Manoy Alipon look anything like tarpaulin pictures used
for his failed 2010 election campaign. Now that he has been booted out of City Hall, Alipon
is no longer able to plunder public funds for his own personal purposes as he did before,
unless this is why he is said to have bought votes to get his son elected SK Chairman?

With an unstoppable backlash of Voter Power in 2010 the residents of Santa Rosa City
booted out Manuel Manoy Alipon, the most corrupt vice mayor in Sta. Rosa's history.
Luckily for our city residents the Santa Rosa SWAT TEAM know that the real face of
gangster Manuel Manoy Alipon is not the falsified artwork images presented in his
campaign propaganda to prevent the public from knowing what he really looks like.
If he is ever stupid enough to attempt another unlawful act with his illegally armed
staff, our city's SWAT Team will recognize him and them. If you hear of or see any
of Alipon's gang involved in anything suspicious call the City Mayor's Office
at (049) 534 1059 or send message at the City Mayor's website.

EVIL CORRUPT STRANGLEHOLD ON BALIBAGO HAS BEEN OVERTURNED
AND CAST INTO THE OBSCURITY AND OBLIVION THAT IT DESERVES.
"My personal experience and that of many other foreign investors on a much smaller scale than the
global famous-brand corporations is that entrenched corruption extends to local government and
that the Philippines is fraught with dangers from corrupt politicians at barangay and city levels.
For example anyone planning to invest in Santa Rosa City Laguna suffered enormously from
the insidious corruptions of Manuel Manoy Alipon, first as Barangay Balibago Chairman then
even more as City Vice Mayor. Frankly we all rejoiced at his demise when local People Power
voted for his opponents who welcomed foreign investment to provide new businesses and new
jobs which help Filipinos by training them and enabling them to support their families with food,
education and medical care. Manuel Manoy Alipon used crooked means to extort more and more
money. We paid him 1 million pesos by check drawn on Allied Bank, Sta. Rosa, followed by a
further 100,000 pesos in cash. We paid for the 4 giants used in Balibago's 2007 St. Peter Chair
festival. We paid for expensive flowers for his father's funeral and mother's birthday. We paid
for the hundreds of roses that he gave out on Valentine's Day 2007 as a pre-election publicity
stunt. We paid for the printed t-shirts used in his 2007 election campaign. We loaned him 2 air
conditioners, a desktop computer with printer/scanner/copier, and a camera with tripod, all for
use in his 2007 vice mayoral election campaign. In return Manuel Manoy Alipon sent crook after
crook, including his cousin Danny Alipon, to our factory to cheat and rob us. He ripped us off
himself by sending us relatives of his cronies to be added to our payroll when we already had
more than enough workers for our needs. He ripped us off himself by continually taking away our
skilled employees to work on his private house and on barangay projects when we were paying
their full-time wages. He ripped us off himself by making us employ 4 full-time security guards
and pay for their professional training, although 50% of these costs should have been paid by
his trucking company Man-Ali. After the 2007 election, he constantly demanded more. When
we refused to pay more, and also refused to get involved in his illegal logging operations, he
sent his unlawfully armed Sta. Rosa City staff to occupy the factory for which we were already
paying double the rent and had already spent large sums of money on major improvements. He
ordered his staff to seize our machines, spare parts, raw materials, and other equipments including
our air conditioners, computer peripherals and general supplies. Then he ordered his staff to demolish
our workers' barracks and seize our workers' possessions too. Finally he ordered his staff to erect a
huge steel entrance gate to keep us out of the commercial lot for which we had been paying not only
our own rent and electricity bills but also the rent and electricity bills of his trucking company Man-Ali.
Manuel Manoy Alipon's actions forced us out of Santa Rosa City to invest elsewhere. But his obsessive
greed and immorality had blinded him to the backlash that his ignominious adulteries and corruptions
were creating throughout Laguna. He was summarily expelled by Voter Power in the 2010 Election.
When Comelec issued the final results, we joined the thousands and thousands of people who celebrated
the expulsion of the most corrupt Vice Mayor in Santa Rosa's history. It was a joyful occasion for us all.
In Arnel DC Gomez the City has a younger, honest, honorable Vice Mayor who is worthy of their trust."

by Manuel Manoy Alipon when Alipon was Vice Mayor

THE ENEMY WITHIN
"Following his infamous record of immorality and corruption as Captain of Barangay Balibago
and many whistleblowings of his falsification of election results in 2007, scandal and corruption
in Sta. Rosa City Govt. were under close and systematic internal scrutiny throughout Manuel
Manoy Alipon's 3-year term as Vice Mayor. Evidence was carefully gathered and verified.
Results revealed in April 2010 confirmed that Alipon's scandalously corrupt actions matched his
reputation of immorality, adultery, dishonesty, dishonor, betrayal, graft, corruption, extortion,
plunder and misappropriation of public funds, gangsterism and use of unlawful weapons, tax evasion,
installing staff of his trucking company and brothers of his mistresses and several of his barangay
spies onto the Sta. Rosa City payroll, and further serious abuses of public office. Description of
Manuel Manoy Alipon as the most corrupt Vice Mayor in Sta. Rosa's history was more than justified.
Now we must keep this evil man and his gang of relatives and cronies out of barangay politics too."

"Manuel Manoy Alipon hides behind the guns of illegally armed city staff. Why? Because his whole corrupt political life
has involved unlawful activities that robbed the people of funds, projects and jobs that would improve their lives. God
may forgive him, but it is hard for humans to see forgiveness in the faces of thousands of poor innocent children forced
into a life of malnutrition, disease and illiteracy when the public funds allocated to help them are plundered and spent by
the City Vice Mayor to give himself wealth and aggrandizement and to give his own children very expensive educations.
Manuel Manoy Alipon represents the most corrupt, most criminal and most destructive element in Sta. Rosa local politics.
Lacking morals or ethics, he demonstrates daily how easy it is for criminals to become rich in our society by entering local
politics. He failed as seminarian. He failed as teacher. He failed as businessman. He rejected Jesus and followed Satan.
It is our Christian duty to ensure that Manuel Manoy Alipon is never re-elected.

"Manuel Manoy Alipon is a criminal. Nothing more, nothing less. There is no way that he can
be regarded as honorable. He cheats on his wife, he steals from his friends and supporters,
and he robs his constituents. The boastful way that he flaunts his mistress Jenny in public,
witnessed and photographed by so many people, is proof that even his own family is not
important to him. Evil corrupt adulterer Alipon does not know the meaning of honorable.
He even syphons off government funds intended to help the poor. How much lower
can anyone in public office get than this? Manoy is the pits, the lowest of the low."

"In 2010 Manuel Manoy Alipon will be a burden and a handicap to any political group that supports him, whether it
favors or opposes the present Malacañang administration. The Vice Mayor's closest family, friends and supporters know
that the collective anti-corruption campaigns against him have legal substance and a lot of money behind them. What this
indicates more than anything else is an absence of political skills on the part of Alipon and his advisors. The people he
turns to for professional advice, if indeed he ever listens to anyone else, will forever suffer from their association with him.
Any real politician with a modicum of the basic skills necessary to career survival would long ago have been pragmatic
enough to nip this situation in the bud, not allow it to escalate out of control. At the level of Vice Mayor, near the very
bottom of the political ladder, making so many rich and powerful enemies in one's first term of office is political suicide.
Manuel Manoy Alipon had his chance and he blew it. His political career is over, and he has only himself to blame."

"Manuel Manoy Alipon makes the corrupt politician's mistake of thinking the people love him.
Nothing could be further from the truth. In 2007 he was only elected because he robbed
his business partners to buy votes. This is the truth that he does not want you to know.
The people living in poverty whose votes he bought for a few pesos each have only contempt
for the Vice Mayor's abuse of their predicament and his public office, because he reneged on
his promises to provide jobs for them and food, education and medical care for their children."

"We have heard the same rumors as you that Manuel Manoy Alipon is now suspected of being behind the
killings of Mely Carvajal, Leon Arcillas, Boyie Gomez, Jensen Cristobal and Raul Aala, and in the attempted
slaying of Joey Catindig who narrowly survived an ambush in 2006. Alipon's consuming and ruthless desire
to be Mayor is well known for many years, and the only obstacles standing in his way are rival factions of the
Arcillas, Catindig and Aala clans. All three have established political organizations, each with many thousands
of supporters. The rumors are that Alipon is suspected to have been scheming over several years to set these
clans at each others' throats and to sneak past them while they are fighting each other so as to seize the mayoralty
for himself. Already Manuel Manoy Alipon's grafts, adulteries, corruptions, deceits, extortions, frauds, thefts, armed
robberies and other illegal activities are well known. Alipon's public image is at rock bottom. Former sponsors,
volunteers and voters are ditching him in droves and switching their support to candidates who are true to Santa Rosa
and who will genuinely serve our city with ethics, honesty, integrity and honor like those of Cory Aquino who saved
our whole country from the tyrannical dictator Marcos. This collective deserved backlash will vote Manuel Manoy
"Satan-Worshiper" Gonzales Alipon out of politics forever. The longer that Alipon remains in politics, the more
damage he will do. He is a calamity, a bringer of destruction and disaster to barangay, city and people."

Foreign Investors recently assessing Philippine investment potential came from China, India, Japan, Singapore, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan,
Malaysia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Thailand, Vietnam, Dubai, Abu Dhabi,
Sharjah, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, USA, Canada, Russia, UK, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Sweden, Australia, South Africa, Brazil,
New Zealand, and other countries. Those who investigated Santa Rosa Laguna were
powerfully vocal in their criticism of the corrupt City Vice Mayor Manuel Manoy Alipon.
This caused us in September 2008 to survey an investment group of mixed nationalities
on why their research into the activities of Manuel Manoy Alipon
had turned them against investing in Santa Rosa City and had driven them to
invest outside the province of Laguna. The coming election led us to call for a further update in March 2010.
Q: Are
your answers unanimous?
A:
Yes, we have all signed a declaration that we discussed your written questions
and agreed these written replies.
Q: Would you trust Manuel Manoy Alipon,
at present the City Vice Mayor of Santa Rosa Laguna.
A:
No. Never. Not even with something small. Never with anything at all.
Q:
Why?
A:
Because his brain is so addled with egoistic arrogance and self-obsessed corruption that he is permanently incapacitated. He lacks honor and integrity. His corrupt, immoral and unlawful actions speak for themselves. He is totally dishonest and untrustworthy.
Q:
On what evidence?
A:
On our own business experiences and on experiences of the many many Filipino business people that we do regular business with.
Q:
Why is it important to you?
A:
The United Nations issued a statement that answers this question
better than we could:
“Corruption harms society, undermines democracy, and weakens the rule of law.”
Philippine Catholic Bishops issued a statement that answers this question
better than we could:
“Corruption is the worst form of crime, because it kills the common good, it kills the poor, it kills the country. It violates God’s commandments.”
The Philippine Chief Justice, Reynato S. Puno, issued a statement that answers this question
better than we could:
“This country does not belong to the powerful. Nor does it belong to
the greedy. It belongs to the Filipino whose spirit calls for honesty, for fairness, for justice, for liberty and for prosperity.”
Q:
Do you see the Vice Mayor as a threat to Santa Rosa?
A:
Without a doubt. Corruption is a destructive force. Manuel Manoy Alipon is destroying
all the good things that honest Filipinos were achieving in Santa Rosa City
and in other parts of Laguna.
Q: So
you think a Vice Mayor has power to cause widespread damage to local society
and economy?
A: As
an individual, no. Manuel Manoy Alipon leads a gang of illegally armed city staff. By following his orders it is their collusion and their armed extortions and robberies which allow the Vice Mayor's corruption to destroy anything and everything that local people hold dear to them - their families, their homes, their jobs, their livelihoods. Other staff on the payroll at City Hall are also guilty of collusion in his misappropriations of public funds. Alipon's staff share responsibility for his widespread damage to local society and economy, and one day they will inevitably be brought to justice and face the consequences.
Q: How
does the damage manifest itself?
A: When there is a public official as corrupt as Manuel Manoy Alipon, the present but soon to be deposed Vice Mayor of Santa Rosa, the society
around him degenerates. Contamination spreads like a disease. People first
experience the effects of poverty, disease, pollution, crime, and so on. They quickly
lose all respect for local government, and soon they lose confidence in the
wider national democratic process. Social and economic instability are bad
news to Filipino and foreign investors.
Q: Would
you ever reconsider your decision not to invest in Santa Rosa City?
A: Yes. Originally we thought that rooting out corruption in Sta. Rosa must only be the job of local Filipinos, not of foreign investors. We have since then reassessed the situation. It is clear to us now that thousands of ordinary Filipinos do not have any resources to oppose the oppressive corrupt politicians who keep them permanently living in poverty with no hope of improvement for their children or their children's children. The experiences of HRLD and LHR are enlightening, and their mission to help the Philippine people is inspirational. Following their convincing presentations, our revised thinking is that we have a humanitarian duty to assist in any way we can - whether by finance or influence or both.
Q: Do you
think this will ever happen?
A: If corrupt Manuel Manoy Alipon is defeated in 2010, foreign investors will come rushing to pour millions of dollars into
Santa Rosa, creating jobs and prosperity for thousands of people. If local Filipinos are serious about protecting their families and improving their lives, they will use their voting power to elect an honest Vice Mayor in 2010. Already we are financially supporting the campaigns against the corruptions and the criminal gangsterism of Manuel Manoy Alipon.

"Business leaders here in America are excited about the new administration, the
new opportunities, and we
hope there are ways the American businessmen can participate and hopefully move the Philippines forward.
There’s a lot of opportunities and we’re excited to work with the President’s Cabinet. Transparency,
good governance, ridding of corruption is really critical to American companies and companies from
all over the world being enthusiastic about the Philippines.
Corruption always has a double deterrent effect. Additional to ethical problems, corruption adds another layer of cost
that makes a lot of doing business in the Philippines uneconomical."
- Alex Feldman, President of US-Association of Southeast Asian Nations Business Council
Q: Is there
no corruption in the First World?
A: There
is a criminal element in every society and the First World is not immune to
corruption, but it has greater transparency with stricter controls and the punishments
are much more severe. What makes this possible is that the popular culture is hostile to them. Corruption is not condoned, and corrupt politicians are not admired. The First World rightly considers them to be enemies of the people because they rob the people. Manuel Manoy Alipon is an enemy of the people of Santa Rosa City and the people of Laguna province.
Q: What
do you think makes it such a big problem here?
A: Historically,
corruption seems to have been accepted and condoned in the Philippines to become
the entrenched norm in politics. Such an extraordinarily high level of official
corruption oppresses ordinary people who deserve a better life, and it sabotages
every genuine attempt to achieve real progress particularly for the millions of people still living in poverty. This is why foreign investors are encouraged to see that nationally and regionally in the 2010 elections so many Filipinos are standing up to denounce corrupt politicians and energetically promote honest candidates to replace them and create widespread prosperity instead of preventing it.
